Nord-Lock Expands X-Series Range with Seven New Sizes
Nord-Lock has expanded its X-series washer range with seven new sizes: NLX20sp, NLX22, NLX22sp, NLX24, NLX24sp, NLX27 and NLX27sp, responding to growing demand for reliable bolt securing in the toughest environments.
The X-series combines Nord-Lock's proven wedge-locking technology with compensation for settlement, making it ideal for applications involving thermal cycling, soft metals, composites, or assemblies with multiple clamped components. Industries including mining, railways, logistics and energy are key beneficiaries.
Notably, Nord-Lock X-series washers became the first of their kind to receive CE marking in 2025, following extensive independent third-party testing.
The expanded range means more application possibilities and greater design flexibility, all backed by Nord-Lock's certified, rigorously tested performance.
